🌳 Outdoor Learning at HTPS ☀️
20th Jun 2025
In kS2, P5 and P6 have thoroughly enjoyed embracing the outdoors through a range of engaging Forest School and outdoor learning experiences.
We have explored mathematical concepts in natural contexts—investigating tessellation in nature, identifying lines of symmetry, recognising patterns, and working collaboratively on problem-solving tasks.
What a fantastic year of outdoor learning we've had in KS1! From exploring our school garden to getting creative in P3 and P4, we've had so much fun. We made beautiful owl pictures using leaves and natural materials and crafted eye-catching flower picture frames that brought nature to life. It’s been a joyful journey of learning, creativity and fresh air!
