Primary 5 have been fully immersed in their Ancient Egypt topic this term, showing fantastic curiosity, creativity and teamwork across all areas of learning. 🇪🇬✨
Through novels, research, STEM challenges, coding activities and hands-on investigations, pupils explored life along the River Nile 🌊, the role of pharaohs and gods 👑🛕, the mysteries of mummification 🧻🔍 and the incredible engineering of pyramids 🏗️🔺.
From constructing marshmallow pyramids 🍡🔺 and programming digital structures 💻🏗️ to writing diary entries as Howard Carter ✍️📜 and creating informative eBooks 📘💡, the children have demonstrated excellent effort and enthusiasm while developing key Literacy, Numeracy, World Around Us and ICT skills. 📚➗🌍⌨️
