It is both an honour and a privilege to announce that Holy Trinity Primary School has officially been awarded the Schools of Sanctuary Award - a prestigious recognition that is testament to the incredible work and ethos within the school to ensure an inclusive environment where every child feels safe, valued and accepted.
It reflects our collective commitment to fostering a culture of compassion, respect and belonging for all members of our community.
Special thanks to our pupil Language Ambassadors, whose hospitality and pride in our school truly shone through when they welcomed the Schools of Sanctuary Team earlier this term. The feedback we received was overwhelmingly positive, and it’s clear that our ethos of sanctuary is not just something we talk about — it’s something we live and breathe in every classroom, corridor and corner of our school.
As we celebrate this achievement, we continue to look ahead. Being a School of Sanctuary is not a final destination but a continuing journey. We will keep building on this foundation, ensuring that our school remains a beacon of hope and inclusion for all.
